GEB Headers

The majority of the currently used GRETINA analysis codes make use of the GEB global headers to identify the different data types and formats, which permits the relatively straight-forward analysis of mixed-type data files, such as GRETINA + BGS or GRETINA + S800. More information on the GEB global header structure and data types is available under the following links:

GrROOT

The main analysis package being used in the NSCL S800 + GRETINA experimental campaign is the GrROOT package, written initially by Kathrin Wimmer (University of Tokyo), and now maintained by Kathrin and Eric Lunderberg (NSCL).

GrROOT and its distribution is under the control of Kathrin Wimmer, and is maintained at the University of Tokyo. The code can be downloaded online (requires a password, see website for details).
